Schloss Beuchow is located at the heart of Spreewald.
It takes 1.5 hours from Berlin with a car.
You can catch a train to Lübbenau train station easily, and then from Lübbenau central bus station (a short walk), you can catch a bus (4 stops/10 minutes).
